This is meant to be a private entry.  BUT...for those who do manage to stumble on this...I'll just say THANK YOU for your well wishes.  I'll try to contact people ASAP...but I've been swampped at work.  Gotta get a 3rd job to pay for all of this.  It's not cheap!!!!!

I finally popped the question and got the answer! :)  Thanks to Birks for taking the 2 months to help me search for the perfect diamond that i wanted. And then making everything perfect for me when I went for the final inspection and pickup.

We're looking at spring 2006 probably.  We don't know yet.  We do know that we want our special day to be simple and intimate with close family, relatives and friends.  There's lots of planning and wedding shows to go to now.  But once again. Thanks for any kind words for my...I mean OUR....pending wedding.

Hmm...what else is new? Hmm....been happy.   

I'm going to see her Saturday. Dunno what to do. It's going to be crazy this weekend.  Especially because it's Chinese New Year.

That's what I watched today. Ok...i guess for the average person...the show might be too boring. But...I found it pretty good. Watching everyone cut each other up...for the sake of business.  OK...no offense dude...you've got a Harvard business degree...yet you pick an area in New York where there's no one to buy your product? And the doctor turned MBA dude....sure he's probably smart....but damn it...what did he learn in MBA school? You go sell...not harass customers.  And that ass kisser Samson ... i only remember his name b/c he was a total idiot.  If I was on the show, i'd shove him off of Trump Tower!

Out of the females...the asian chick from seattle really pissed me off. it's about team work first and that's how you'd succeed together.  She needs a 10 minute break?  While everyone else is working hard? And then she bitches at people? Holy smokes.  LOSER! Not cut out for it.  Although there were some girls who were kind'a cute!  

But we all knew that the girls would win...even though they started off really disorganized. It's a north american culture. Sex sells.  Guys were buying a cup of lemonade for $5 off of a couple cute women. Like...frig...one little kiss and the guys would give them their estate! hahahahaha.....

Sure there's probably a lot of pressure on these people to do well...but geez...even without a MBA degree....some of the things I totally wouldn't have done.  Especially Samson...who's like big time kiss ass.
You EARN the way to the top. Not by kissing up.  Loser. I'd still push him off Trump Tower.

Anyhow...was reading Ah Mui's xanga like i usually do....and i know she's the only one who reads mine...b/c i don't really advertise mine! hahaha.  And I find a name of a person who i know. Small world. Unless he has that much time.  Oh welll......

Keep your guard up Ah Mui! I can't fly down to NYC to protect you all the time! hahahahaha.   Use Nemo to fend them off!!!  Just watch out for the bad fin!

Things have NOT been good to Asian popstars.  Anita Mui passed away ... my mom is listening to chinese radio...and we were wondering why they were playing all these Anita Mui songs and why people were crying when talking about Anita.  It hasn't come out on any newswire's on the internet yet...but....she's gone.

Anita Mui was the Queen of Cantopop.  Although I was still young when she started her rise to stardom....she was the Queen.  Some say she was the Asian version of Madonna.  But...unlike Madonna, she could actually sing and act.  Anita Mui had some pretty cool movie roles. 

First Leslie....now Anita.  It has not been a good year for us Asian Gen-X's who grew up listening to these Cantopop stars. 

We'll remember them fondly...

Cantopop diva Anita Mui has lost her fight to cervical cancer. She passed away at around 3am this morning. She was 40 years old. The star, one of Hong Kong's most popular singers for over two decades had been hospitalised earlier on Monday. Many of her celebrity friends including Jackie Chan and Nicholas Tse had rushed to the hospital to see her. The singer held a series of concerts in November and had put on a brave public face, saying she would overcome her illness.
